STEPHEN G WILLIAMS BIO: ( Residential & Commercial)

As an Olympic Athlete & Coach for 18 years for the Great Britain Olympic Ice Skating Team. I was extremely disappointed when I started at my first real estate broker. The training and quality of the mentoring program was inferior to all my coaching beliefs and past experiences.

I have worked hard and diligently since obtaining my real estate license in December 2003, after first starting as a real estate investor in 1996.

I obtained my brokers license in 2008. I have won real estate agent top agent awards with Keller Williams, Remax & Century 21.

In 2010, I sold 199 properties as a buyers and listing agent. My biggest sale is residential $789, 000., I did one side. & $23670 commission. My biggest sale for commercial is $1,800,000, I did both sides. $141,000 commission.

I am not a competing agent/broker, so I am very demanding and expect the best from my mentees in my mentoring program. If you are not committed to hard work, focused on success to develop a career within Century 21 Olympian, then please move on.

Mentor Mission Statement:

My mission statement is simply “If you are In It To Win It, then lets talk”, but please understand this is a tough business with great rewards. It is not an easy business to be a success. 20% of the agents do 80% of the business, you have to be good to get into the 20%, it takes a passion for real estate, dedication, able to make sacrifices, and focus to get you in the top 20% of all agents.

I will work to get you to the point to be a stand alone producing agent after a minimum of your first 5 transactions.

Please  understand not all agents are offered a position,  you may not be a good fit in my program, but that does not mean that you cannot be a success within Century 21 Olympian and as a TOP Agent. Other mentors in the company have produced results.

He has a wide variety of experience in buying, remodeling, and reselling (flipping) houses and he very much enjoy applying what he knows to helping his clients make the most of their home purchases or sales.

He particularly enjoys the people aspect of real estate. Helping a client understand the market is important, and walking them through the loan process is critical and sometimes difficult. But it’s all worthwhile when he see the keys handed over at closing!

Stephanie-Zamora-Century-21-Olympian-Real-EstateSTEPHANIE ZAMORA BIO:

Stephanie Zamora has been in the buying and selling industry since 2001.  Beginning her career with a Mortgage Broker in the Galleria area, she has learned the importance of communication, accuracy and honesty. Being an assistant loan processor in the mortgage business, she had to communicate with multiple departments of a transaction, including, title companies, banks, employers, appraisers, insurance companies, as well as Realtors, allowing her to understand, in-depth, what it takes to get a deal closed. She decided to broaden her knowledge of the industry by entering into the real estate side.  She was introduced to residential but found herself settled in a commercial real estate office, where she worked for 4 years before moving on as an independent agent.  While her experience includes commercial real estate, she finds satisfaction with residential buyers and sellers, and finds working with first time home buyers and distressed sellers, particularly rewarding.

Mission Statement:

I feel, as a newly licensed agent, the first year is crucial.  Depending on how much dedication and sacrifice you put into your business, it can make or break you.  I am no exception, despite the advantage I had being familiar with terminology and knowing the process in which takes place, it was tough.  I don’t say that to alarm anyone, but instead, to make you aware.  It takes hard work and consistency.  Olympian has many tools and resources that can help you get where you want to be, but it is up to you to take advantage of those tools.  Along with the programs Olympian has to offer, I feel there is a huge benefit in having a personal mentor, like myself.  By having someone to contact directly as you prospect, type up contracts and negotiate, it can help you have a sense of confidence to seal the deal.  I am thankful for the close and personal attention I had my first year in the field.  Because of it, I am able to stand toe to toe with the best of them, and I want to give other agents the same opportunity.  I want to help you achieve personal success, whether it be contributing your half of the house hold income or ultimately being a top producer.

Availability:

I’m available when you need me, or as agreed upon!  Usually, your first year, you don’t have the luxury of picking and choosing specific hours, and you want to get a deal while you can, and I understand that.

I am a phone call or text away, and work out of both the Galleria and Pearland office.
